In every situation and task, we take safety seriously. In approaching any given or occurred task we work with other teams and departments that interface directly with guests to know the best time to carry out maintenance tasks without disrupting the comfort and satisfaction of our guests
How do you stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in the field of maintenance
We get updated frequently by attending training and workshops, being a member of my professional body where updates of newly invented technology are shared for awareness.
Who is your Greatest of All Time European footballer?
CR7! Cristano Ronaldo. He is the most flawless player ever, on pitch and off pitch.
A lot of Nigerians have japa'd, why haven't you?
I believe Nigeria will be better. I believe by playing my part right and contributing what I can to make my little space better for the people around me, Nigeria will be great again hence my reason for staying put.
What motivated you to pursue a career in maintenance?
Facility management is everything to me, without it, there will be no architecture history.
What do you enjoy most about this field?
Versatility, everything called engineering is in the facility and maintenance.... we're masters of all.
What is it like working under a female boss?
Working under a female boss is quite challenging but with the right attitude and being attentive to details, everything else will fall in place and operations will be carried out smoothly.
