I am Mrs. Fidelia Ofili, staff Canteen Supervisor at The Wheatbaker, Lagos. I studied Hotel and Catering Management at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, and Federal Polytechnic, Idah, where I obtained OND and HND in 1987 and 1992 respectively.

I have a warm and approachable demeanor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Also, my discreet nature allows people to confide in me.
Tell us some of your work rules that’s also applicable to your life
Commitment to excellence, diligence, continuous learning, result-oriented and effectiveness, efficiency, positive team spirit and mutual respect. These have helped my relationship with people both professionally and personally.
Are you an introvert or extrovert
I would say Extrovert as I enjoy interaction with people. I love being out there.
What is that thing you can not do without
I can not do without praying. The Bible say we should pray without ceasing and that is a clear indication that prayer is essential.
What is that thing no one can find you ever doing
Anger bouts. You can never find me angry. It is a discipline that I have subjected myself to.

North America, the continent is richly endowed with great mineral wealth, and some of the world's most fertile soils
What is your take on career growth in hotel industry as it is perceived to be stunted
Career growth in hotel/hospitality industry is very attainable. I believe the reason it's perceived to be stunted is because a lot of people in the industry are not professionals. A lot of people in the hotel industry didn't come in with hospitality background so they end up taking a lot of time to understand and master the industry allowing them to take longer time to grow in hierarchy as the job entails a lot of vast knowledge of the industry and hospitality at large
