Share with us some of your healthy eating habits that keep you in shape
I eat more proteins and carbs to keep my muscles stronger.
What does it feel like working here?
It is a privilege for me to work at The Wheatbaker Hotel and I'm enjoying the work, I feel comfortable here.
What exercise would you advise an arthritis person to do?
I would recommend walking or using the treadmill and doing strength training to support and protect joints, not to mention ease pain, stiffness, and swelling. Also, swimming is a good exercise for arthritis patients.
What is your favorite exercise and why?
As a fitness trainer, strength training, building muscles, and cardio!

Why: because doing strength training with the use of weight helps to keep bones stronger and healthy and helps the metabolism. Every human starts losing 5% of muscle mass every 10 years, so doing strength training with the use of weight lifting is necessary.
Does playing a sport once a week only count as a form of keeping fit?
No, it is not enough. At least, it should be done three times a week, and it must be consistent because consistency is the key.
What is your favorite sport?
Football, Handball, and Running.
Why are those your favorite sport?
Because that is what I choose to learn, and I have medals certificate for the sports mentioned.
What is your take on energy drinks and soda?
I don't take either of them because they contain caffeine, it does more harm than good, and it has side effects. I am careful and cautious with my intakes, I'm very big on keeping fit and staying healthy.
How often do you workout?
I workout for a minimum of two hours for at least five to six times a week. That is, a minimum of 10-12 hours per week, and I can go longer on some weeks. This has become a way of life; it is basically nothing. It is attainable if you put your mind to it.
