It has been beneficial to me because I have gained a broader understanding of the hotel’s operations and it has also provided me with valuable experiences, skills and opportunities for career growth and development.
Growth in the hotel industry is perceived as stunted, what do you have to say to that?
I firmly disagree, the hotel industry is a large growing industry with a wide range of Job opportunities. You just need to be passionate, get the right education, gain work experience, develop skills and competencies, and be patient and persistent to grow.

I rely on my support network to help me through difficult times, whether friends, family or colleagues.
